About: Rooted in Indigenous culture and trained in classical techniques, Four Directions Cuisine's Chef Andrea Condes is committed to making our world a healthier, more beautiful and sustainable home—one plate at a time.

Chef Andrea draws inspiration from the deep and meaningful relationships Indigenous peoples have to the land, water, plants, and animals. Rejecting mass-produced factory-farm food in favor of locally grown and Native-produced ingredients, she creates gourmet dishes that are delicious and healthy, and embraces food sovereignty projects that center people and communities in growing, harvesting and preparing healthy food. As a steward of Indigenous foods, Chef Andrea also gives lectures and conducts cooking demonstrations around the country to educate others on maximizing health and well-being through careful food sourcing and preparation.
